Return Policy:
If you are unhappy with your purchase simply mail it back to us within 30 days of when you purchased it. If it is past 30 days unfortunately we can not process a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange item(s) must be in unwashed/unworn condition and have all original tags attached or they will not be accepted. Muddy Valley Print LLC. reserves the right to deny any return or exchange based on appearance and smell of items being returned or exchange. All sale and or discontinued items are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged. If receiving a refund, shipping will be deducted from your refund. Limited one exchange per item transaction per customer.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping to Muddy Valley Print. When returning your item(s), we suggest you ship via USPS and get tracking information for your security. We can not guarantee that we will receive your return/exchange item(s). Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please allow 7-14 business days after we receive your package to process your return or exchange. Once we have received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you we have received your item(s) and if your refund or exchange has been approved or rejected. The time it takes for you to receive your refund may very so please allow at least an additional 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank or credit card statement. We do not refund shipping charges. All refunds will be made through the original method of payment.

We will exchange for item(s) of equal or lesser value only and only if item(s) is defective or damaged. In order for your item(s) to be eligible for an exchange it must be within 30 days of purchasing and be in unwashed/unworn condition or your request will be rejected. Muddy Valley Print LLC. reserves the right to deny any exchange based on appearance and smell of items being exchange. Unfortunately we are not able to hold any items so availability of replacement item(s) is not guaranteed. You must pay to send the item(s) back to us, then we will ship your new desired item(s) back to you for free! Shipping costs are non-refundable. When exchanging your item(s), we suggest you ship via USPS and get tracking information for your security. We can not guarantee that we will receive your return/exchange item(s).

If we do not have it in stock, you will receive a refund to the original method of payment, or store credit if requested.
